We've catered events across Goroka — independence day BBQs, expat Christmas parties, school lunch days, corporate product launches, private birthday dinners, multi-day mission retreats. Each one handled the same way: with real ingredients, clean technique, and no shortcuts.

Our menus draw on Thai, Mediterranean, European, and Asian cooking traditions — always built around what's fresh and what suits your event. We don't hand you a fixed menu and ask you to pick from a list. We talk about your occasion and design around it.

All menus are priced per head based on your selected items, guest count and event format. The prices below give you a general sense of what to expect — your quote will reflect your specific menu and requirements.

A transport and service fee applies to all events — typically between K100 and K250 (within Goroka) depending on location and event size. Staffing is charged separately for larger events. We'll include all of this in your quote so there are no surprises. T&C’s apply.
Chef Dan and his team are open to travel for special events within Papua New Guinea.

Multi-day &
residential catering
Wan Maus is experienced in catering across multiple days and meal periods — whether that's a conference breakfast followed by a formal dinner, or a week-long mission retreat requiring full daily service.
We plan, shop, prep, cook and clean up across every service. You don't need to think about food once we're engaged.
Coffee & beverages
We offer a full arabica espresso ground coffee service for events — including equipment, milk, sugar, cups and service.
We also make fresh-pressed juices and can design bespoke cocktails or mocktails for your occasion (Pineapple Old Fashioned, Lime Drop, Espresso Martini and more).

We'll respond with menu suggestions and a quote — usually within 24 hours
Confirm with a 50% deposit and we'll lock in your date
We arrive, set up, cook and serve — you focus on your guests
We clean up and leave the space as we found it
For off-site events with no kitchen facilities (offices, outdoor venues), we handle all prep off-site and arrive with everything ready to plate and serve. We've done it many times — it's no issue.
